Stars & Bars has helped us from the beginning after we had a house fire. The owner has been wonderful at helping us answer our questions and concerns as they arise and eased our stress level during a difficult time. They did a great job cleaning up my broken pipes under my home, they were quick and did everything right.

We found mold in our master bathroom ultimately due to lack of adequate exhaust and an improperly sealed window. The company was quick to respond and soon had the bathroom tested, sealed off, and machines running. They were very considerate to mine and my husband's concerns about limiting tear out by really focusing on the problem area then expanding the search. We were so insistent at limiting tear out (not an insurance case :S) that a minor amount of mold was missed after the first mitigation effort. They still assumed responsibility and did not charge us for the second test that came back positive. They came back and luckily got it all after a second pass. The whole process took a little over a week. I appreciate their continuous customer service by answering my ten million questions during multiple phone calls and being super considerate of all of our concerns. The tear out was limited so that my handy husband can do the build back himself without breaking the bank. Not gonna lie, the bill to Stars & Bars was depressing but mold mitigation isn't cheap anywhere you go. The efficiency, consideration, and customer service was worth it.
