We are a restoration company, so we own the real thing: 81 commercial air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, water extractors and LGR dehumidifiers. If you have found the water and you want to dry it yourself, rent our equipment instead of a consumer box from the hardware store. Plumbers, HVAC contractors and property managers get 20% off.

Rental Rates
Per unit, three-day minimum. The trade rate is 20% off and applies to licensed plumbing, HVAC, roofing and general contractors and to property managers with an account on file. Prices do not include sales tax or delivery.

How Renting Works
Call and tell us the room
Give us the size of the space and how wet it is. We will tell you how many air movers you need and whether you need a scrubber. That call is free whether you rent from us or not.
Pick up or have it delivered
Pick up at our shop at 4708 W Graneros Rd in Colorado City, or we deliver for $95 inside 25 miles and $2.50 a mile past that.
Sign and go
A short rental agreement signed on your phone and a card on file for the deposit. Two minutes, no paperwork to mail back.
Bring it back
We check the units in, clean them, release your deposit and email you the invoice.
Two things to know before you rent
We rent equipment. We do not warrant that a building will dry and we do not inspect for hidden moisture as part of a rental — that is what the paid setup and moisture map is for. And the person signing the agreement has to own the property or have the owner's written permission; we cannot rent to a tenant for someone else's building.

LGR dehumidifiers — limited
Phoenix DryMax XL and XL Pro, DryGear XL200, Abestorm Hurricane LGR, Mounto. These are our own working stock, so call for availability.
HEPA air scrubbers
Phoenix Guardian and Guardian R Pro, Dri-Eaz Defend Air 400, Abatement Technologies H600V. True HEPA, ductable for negative air.
Water extractors
Syclone 1000 and 2000, Mytee Flood Sucker, Mosquito super vac and wet vacs for standing water and saturated carpet.
Interior drying systems
Dri-Eaz DriForce for drying inside wall cavities and under cabinets without opening them up.
Heaters
Portable heaters to bring a cold space up to a temperature where drying actually happens.
Equipment Rental Questions
How long does it take to dry a room?
Most wet carpet and drywall takes three to five days with the right number of air movers and a dehumidifier running. That is why our minimum rental is three days — a one-day rental will not dry anything and you would just be paying to move air around.
How many air movers do I need?
A rough rule for a wet room is one air mover for every 10 to 16 linear feet of wall, plus one for each doorway or closet. Call us with the room size and we will do the math with you. Guessing low is the most common reason a room does not dry.
Can I rent a dehumidifier?
Sometimes. We only own nine dehumidifiers and they are the equipment we run on our own jobs, so we cannot promise one is free. Call and we will tell you the same day. Air movers, air scrubbers, extractors and heaters we almost always have available.
Do you rent to homeowners or only to contractors?
Both. Licensed plumbing, HVAC, roofing and general contractors and property managers with an account get 20% off the rates above. Homeowners pay the standard rate with a card on file for the deposit.
What if I am not sure the room is drying?
Add the setup and moisture map for $225 and one of our IICRC-certified techs will place the equipment, take moisture readings and leave you a written report. If the readings show the water went further than you thought, we will tell you that honestly rather than rent you more fans.
I am a tenant. Can I rent equipment for my apartment?
Not without the property owner's written permission. Drying equipment draws power, produces condensate and gets placed against the building's structure, so the person signing the agreement has to be the person who controls the property.
What happens if a unit is damaged or not returned?
There is a deposit hold per unit — $400 for a dehumidifier, $250 for a scrubber, $100 for an air mover, capped at $1,500 — released when the equipment comes back. Late returns are the daily rate plus $25 a day, and every unit is GPS tagged.
Not sure whether to rent it or hand it to us?
Call and describe the loss. If renting a few air movers will handle it, we will tell you that and rent you the equipment. If the water went into the wall cavity or the insulation is wet, we will tell you that too — and we can bill your carrier directly.
